The 65 year old former Olympic athlete poses in a silk white basque, showing off smooth skin, curled hair and 36 D breast implants.
The Reality TV star was shot by the acclaimed fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz, at her Malibu residence, and talks about the struggles of transition and her family's reaction.
The cover comes with the tag line 'Call me Caitlyn', and the star also set up a Facebook and Twitter account in her new name.
Caitlyn also reached a new record when her Twitter account reached 1 million followers in four hours.
Bruce Jenner is father to Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and step-father to Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian.
In an interview with Diane Sawyer in April, Bruce finally confirmed that he was transitioning into a woman after months of being seen with shaved legs, spanx and nail polish.
