The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimiser Review

The Body Shop's Tea Tree range is popular to benefit blemished skin and skin that is prone to acne, clearing up spots and scars in as less as three days.

While I don't have blemished or acne prone skin, I love this range because the place where I live has a very hot climate, and my skin gets seriously oily as well.

The Tea Tree range gives a very cool and refreshing effect to the skin, and doesn't dry out the skin either; that's my reason to keep going back to it.

The Tea Tree Skin Clearing Face Wash is one of my go to products, and I love the Tea Tree scent, though a lot of people find it too medicinal.

The Tea Tree Pore Minimiser is another raved about product from the range, as it claims to be a mattifing primer which also reduces the appearance of your pores.

Infused with organic Tea Tree Oil from Kenya, it smoothes, primes and mattifies the skin, leaving it fresh and pure.

As I have oily skin, keeping my make up on for longer duration is a challenge, and hardly any primer serves the purpose.

It is a lightweight product, a cross between a lotion and a gel like consistency, that spreads evenly and easily on the skin, keeping oiliness at bay, and not drying out the skin at all.

One of the charms of this product is the cooling effect it gives, and it can also be mixed into your liquid foundations and BB creams, and all skin types can benefit from this product.

Applying makeup after applying this primer is a charm, and it definitely minimises the appearance of pores too.

Though the primer itself gives a subtle glow to the skin, and lathering on foundation or BB creams won't really be needed.

The primer comes in a squeeze tub, and the product is not runny in consistency, so there is no chance of it leaking out.

However, one can't see how much product they have used up since the tube is not transparent.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimiser comes in a 30 ml (1.0 US FL Oz) tube, retails for $18, and is a perfect primer if you are looking for one that smoothes out your skin and minimises pores along with keeping the skin matt and cool.
